- 1 8-count cans refrigerated cinnamon rolls
- yellow, green & purple sprinkles
- 1 plastic baby doll
- 1/4 cup confectioner’s sugar (optional)
- 1 tablespoon milk (optional)
Arrange cinnamon rolls in a circle with sides touching on a banking sheet. Bake using the package directions. Immediately spread with icing that accompanied the cinnamon rolls and sprinkle with colored sprinkles. Push the plastic baby doll into the cake from the bottom so that it is not visible from the top. If additional icing is required, spread with a mixture of the confectioner’s sugar and milk.
