You’re invited to the 7th annual Natchitoches Meat Pie Festival and 10th Annual River Run being held September 11-12, 2009 in historic Natchitoches, Louisiana. The festival will take place at the downtown riverbank along the fabled Cane River Lake.
Continuous live music, children’s activity area, meat pie eating contest for children and adults, best meat pie tasting contest, meat pie making demonstration, poker run, memory walk (fundraiser for Alzheimer’s), womanless beauty pageant, parade, car show are just some of things you can expect to see and enjoy at the festival.
